As a reviewer, I want to be able to consult the existing notes/comments on a given submission.
Should this be added to “As a reviewer, I want to be able to see the submission ID, the date of submission and who submitted it”. as a column to#26: (Reviewer) View Submission ID, Date and Submitted By?
Is there a reason they are separate?
Depends how we want the end-user to see it on screen.
Business Rationale:
To have a holistic view of the submission. Also enables communication between submitter/reviewer.
