As an Admin I want to be able to manage the various user roles of the team members. User roles include Form Owner, Form Designer, Team Manager, Reviewer, Submitter.

In Service Manager, click User Manager / Role Manager to display a list of user roles. Each of the user roles has been configured with a profile but the scope of each role can be modified (question)
