As a form designer, I want to be able to setup a submission period at the form level.
This will allow the form reviewer to then review submissions based on a given submission period.
This feature is a parent of the Story: FORMS-213: (Form Designer) Set submission reminders .
The functionality should allow the designer to set the following:
Period interval: Yearly, Semi-Annually, Quarterly, Monthly, Weekly, Daily
First Submission Start date (not needed if Daily)
Submission Period duration (in Days) (will be 1 day for Daily automatically, will be less than 7 days for Weekly)
