Internal Testing is defined in the DoD. Before "Done Done" status Scrum teams can have their own cyclical Usability/Exploratory phases with end users.
To be defined by each individual teams.
The Health Team will test newly developed features and forms every Sprint. Features and Forms built during Sprint N will be internally tested during that same Sprint and will then be deployed to a Test environment and made available to a group of end users who will conduct UAT during Sprint N+1
Defects raised by the internal team during Sprint N will be immediately addressed during the same sprint while defects raised by end users during UAT will be factored in and prioritzed during the Sprint N+X as discussed on a case by case basis with the client.
