Steps:

  1. Define the Purpose:

    • Why does the team exist, and what value does it deliver?

    • Align with organizational goals like the Digital Plan or Code of Practice.

  2. Identify Core Values:

    • Examples: Innovation, collaboration, user-centered design.

  3. Draft the Vision Statement:

    • Template: “Our team strives to [goal] by [approach] to deliver [impact].”

    • Example: “We create user-centered digital services that exceed client expectations.”

  4. Get Consensus:

    • Ensure all team members agree and feel ownership.
