FORMS-209: (Reviewer) Identify submissions that were part of the same file

User Story Description:
As a Reviewer, I want to be able to identify submissions that were part of the same file upload.
This would be identifiable on the Review Submission screen where a new column would be added to display the name of the file.
This story also includes the creation of a dropdown filter on the Review Submission screen. The dropdown would contain the name of the different files.
The column and filter do not appear for a form that does not allow file submission
Business Rationale:
Review a file submission so approvals can be made or submissions can be sent back.
