The Digital Academy is supporting the digital enablement of leaders across government and has designed the Digital Era Leadership Program for senior leadership teams. This learning aims to empower cross-functional management of integrated teams, bringing business and technology together to deliver improved products and services. By building a foundation of digital leadership skills, senior leaders will be better prepared to adapt to rapidly changing environments and have the tools to deliver sustainable products and services that meet the needs of users in the digital age.
