Field Mapping

# of beds and occupancy rate ~ this section will collect the following data ~ 

i.  Bed inventory ~ the # of beds in the facility

ii.  YTD  for the quarter ending (accumulated) ~ similar to 3.36 HPRD reporting in the YTD actuals section, the data to be collected includes YTD # of beds, YTD bed days (ie, 100% occupancy), YTD actual resident days (ie, actual occupancy) for all bed types

iii.  Forecast for the period ending March 31 ~ similar to 3.36 HPRD reporting in the forecast section, the data to be collected includes …..
