Column selection not persisting as a submitter

Description:

When selecting extra columns to view on the 'Previous Submissions' (the submitter view) page the columns selected are not persisting, and they are un-selected when the page is closed out or refreshed. This is not behaving like the 'Submissions' page (the reviewer view), as the column selection always persists.
