As a reviewer, I want to be notified when a form is assigned to me.
Email notification or just in-tool? Ask users on their preference.
Business Rationale:
To improve efficiency within reviewal process and overall submission workflow. Also reduces unnecessary effort of reviewers (i.e. MoH or HAs) having to send multiple reminders out.
