Update:
We have compared CHEFS submisson lists with the respective JSON outputs and found out that 5 submissions are still not present (checked on 2023/06/22) - all 5 have draft property set to True:

Description:
Submissions are able to turn back to drafts by the submitter, affecting submission list and exported data with large impact on the client process.
Below are the screenshots of the reproduced issue:
Submission in COMPLETED status (submitter view):
Clicking on YES triggers the issue (the presence of the draft confirmation is wrong - view mode / submitted form):
After clicking YES, submission turns to DRAFT mode in submitter view:
But for the Form Management view, the status remains COMPLETED:
Moreover, the extracted JSON does not include the mentioned submission anymore:
Even if the submitter clicks on Submit again, the submission will be set again to COMPLETED and not SUBMITTED:
And still does not appear on the JSON Export:
