Description:
The only ID field in Data export is confirmationId, which appears to be a truncated version of formSubmissionId. The confirmation ID is limited in strength as a unique id for a submission (presenting a challenge for our etl), and in the case of PCD we would like to be able to put a link back to the original submission in our reports, and there is no way to do that with confirmationId.
