The Problem:

End users are confused around how to Navigate through CHEFS for
Login Process
1) The Login/Logout Process - When a user is linked to login to a CHEFS form they are directed to the type of login that they need - If bceid business then they are sent to the bceid business login.
2) When they Log out they are presented with a different screen with multiple login options and can be confused and pick Basic BCEID and then get an authentication error.

Draft Submissions
When a returning user logs into a form to fill out an application they can be confused on how to return to previously edited submissions. Although there is a clear button for viewing/editing submissions they do not read any documentation provided on the main site and do not realize how to navigate to the button at the top of the screen.

Suggestion
1) For Login/Logout the user should be navigated back to the same entry point - If they logged into BCEID Business for a Form they should be logged out to the same entry point

2) If a user is returning into a form that they have draft submissions then the user should be navigated into a list with two options - Either

A) Continue editing a previous submission or
B) Create a new submission

Hypothesis Statement

We believe that in Unity there will be less handholding with Applicants if these suggestions are resolved.

Will result in less hours spent with ISB helping out the users

The expected outcome is a more pleasent user flow experiance with a more intuitive process and less time spent in calls where users complain that they have lost their login credentials and can not see sumbissions.

We will have confidence to proceed when Users stop complaining that they are not authenticated and do not loose their draft submissions
