Welcome to the Digital Talent and Capacity’s (DTC) Information Hub! Although our teams work remotely, we recognize that we live and work across the traditional and unceded lands of many Indigenous nations and communities, most as uninvited guests and settlers. There has always been a rich diversity of Indigenous peoples, knowledge, cultures, languages, practices across these lands, to which Indigenous nations have been stewards of since time immemorial, and whose presence, care and advocacy continues on today in the face of relentless systemic racism. We respectfully hope to continue to learn more about these Indigenous lands, confront our biases, challenge systemic barriers, and do our best to honor Indigenous peoples, in our branch meetings, personal learnings, and our work together.
