Create or find a virtual gift for them. This could be as simple as a screen grab of an image. For example, someone could send me a picture of a nice golf course because they know that is a hobby I enjoy.
Come prepared to present your gift and explain why you gave it at our gathering (will take about 1 minute per person).
This is an optional activity. No concerns if you prefer to not participate – just let Jordan know so we can realign the activity.

With thanks to Dana H and Kim D in the Digital Talent Development/Academy team, they created a MIRO board with updated instructions (with far more cheer than my email) and a way for you to “post” and “wrap” your gift that takes away the pressure of having to present your gift in a group setting. Please check it out and upload your gift there. We can then do a collective unwrapping and gallery walk of the different gifts presented. Additionally, if there is any other holidays or celebrations to acknowledge and include in the board – please feel free to add them.
