 As a form designer, I can see a new section called “Form Submission Period Setting”

 Only when form access should be selected for Specific Team members - Rough Image attached

 As a form designer, I can see a Drop down to select Interval/Period - Called “Period/Interval“

 Options: Yearly, Semi-Annually, Quarterly, Monthly, Weekly, Daily

 As a form designer, I can see a Calendar field to select a date in future only, called “Submission start date“

 This date can help the form to be Enabled for the specific time period from the Start date. Ex.

Example 1.

if Period/Interval selected : Yearly

and, Submission start date: 15 Aug 2022

and, Submission period duration: 15 Days.

Then, form will be enabled every year from 15 Aug to 30 Aug for Specific users selected for form submission.

Example 2.

If Period/Interval selected: Monthly

and, Submission start date: 20 Aug 2022

and, Submission period duration: 7 Days.

Then, form will be enabled every month from 20th to 27th for Specific users selected for form submission.

 As a form designer, I can see a Dropdown with options 1 to 45 OR input box (Numeric/Positive values only), (OR options can be vary depending on selecting Period/Interval) accepting Max 45 and Min 1 only as number of days Called “Submission Period duration (in Days) “

 If Period/Interval was selected as Yearly, Semi-Annually, or Quarterly then Max day’s can be upto 45 and if Period/Interval selected as Monthly then Max days can be 30 and if Period/Interval selected as Weekly then max days can be selected as 7. There is not max days for daily period.

This field determine a grace period for form submitters for the form submission.

 As a submission reviewer i can see submissions by Period as well.

Kind of filter should be there that can sort submissions by time period. Ex. from 15 Aug 2022 to 15 Sept 2022
