FORMS-232: (UX/UI) Design Bed Occupancy Data

As a UX/UI Designer I want to design the Bed Occupancy Data section so that it can be ready for development.

This Story focuses exclusively on the Bed Occupancy data section that was standardized with the Health Authorities.

Design of the form (wireframes) including the layout and the tooltips and help content
This design can be applied to the form in CHEFS directly

Update

Aug 23 - talked to Fraser Health about merging the beds inventory and occupancy pieces into one item.
- The intent is to create a simpler data collection/input process.

3	The design should show the mandatory and disabled fields	Conditionals The Notes field should be optional by default but mandatory if value not equal to 0 or blank is entered in adjustment field NOTE A few of these mandatory/disabled fields will likely change based on the design of Facility Information tab Disabled Fields Need to confirm with HCC what info can be pre-populated from HCC
4	The design should include the tooltips and instruction content	Aug 22 - Confirming with Helen Song (HCC) and/or Bonnie whether there are standardized definitions of sub-sections of types of beds (i.e. respite beds, end of life beds, etc.) that should be included as tool tips in the beds inventory form for new operators.
