Description:
When viewing a submitted application, if the application was saved as a draft prior to being submitted, then the record will indicate both a "Submitted" date/time stamp and a "Modified" date/time stamp. In this case, the date/time stamp will be switched. I.E. The "Modified" date/time stamp be when the form was submitted and the "Submitted" date/time stamp will actually be when the form was saved as a draft.
In the example below, for Confirmation ID: 84CCC296, the form was first opened at 6:52 pm, it was saved as a draft 6:53 pm, and it was submitted 6:54 pm

For comparison, if a form is submitted without first saving it as a draft then, after it is submitted, the record only shows a "Submitted" date/time stamp and this is an accurate date/time stamp. See the example below.
