Description:
Some of our users have noticed that on the previous submissions screen, the submission dates are sometimes showing incorrectly. I have been unable to reproduce this issue.

This might be related to The "Submitted" and "Modified" date/time stamps are switched for applications that were saved as a draft before being submitted
