Bulk-Upload functionality throwing 'Bad Request' errors

Description:

When a user is bulk-uploading data using the 'Multiple Submissions' functionality occasionally the application will throw a 'Bad Request' error, even with a working JSON file. This is usually resolved by either refreshing the page or opening the form on a different window/tab.

It has been observed that a user is more likely to receive a 'Bad Request' error if you navigate to the 'Multiple Submissions' page from the form's single submission page where the user has already begun to entering data.
