Field Name not appearing in Colum list

NOTE: This is affecting our March 20th release.

In the Status Tracker PCD form (ALL forms including: (DEV) Status Tracker, UAT Status Tracker) the Current Phase (currentPhase) field doesn't appear in the column list (even with Table View enabled), both on the Previous Submissions and Submissions pages.
