Client-persistent fields being exported in multiple submission template

Description:

When a user clicks on the Download template button on the Multiple Submission screen, the downloaded template would include client-persistent fields, which are not to be included in a submission. The below example is during a transitional period where we needed credentials for accessing other forms, this will be removed.
