Observed Bug:
If you copy a previous submission in CHEFS, the new submission can fail to include all information from the previous submission.
Reproduction Steps:
In CHEFS, create a new submission for a form that has enabled the 'copy prior submissions' functionality. Make sure all fields are complete then press submit.
In CHEFS, as a submitter, open the list of previous submissions.
Copy the previous submission.
Observations:
When the new submission is open, it is missing data from one or more fields that were previously filled in.
The screenshot below shows the new submission that was copied from the one previously sumitted.
