Description:
The "Basic Fields > Day" component can increment from February 28 to February 29 irrespective of the year, allowing for February 29 to be selected on non-leap years
The image below compares the ability to increment the day value of the "Advanced Fields > Day" component and the "Basic Fields > Day" component when the day is initially set to 28 and the year is 2023. Note that the "Basic Fields > Day" component can reach day = 29 using the increment up button. The ability to increment up from 28 to 29 should not be possible for non-leap years.
