Description:
We are developing templates to be used by the client to retrieve PDF documents with form data and form data calculations by using Excel and Word documents as sources (CDOGS).
The client requested the inclusion of a timestamp in those documents, in order to track the order for multiple PDFs generation from the same source.
It’s possible through the use of specific features both in Excel and Word. However, when executed, the retrieved time is not PST/PDT, but a different one with several hours ahead, affecting also the capability of providing reliable date.
We would like to ask if this PDF output generation is under your management and request the time zone correction to align with the clients' one.
