Observations:
When attempting to print a completed submission to a PDF the contents of the PDF are squished onto the left side of the document.
The image below shows that when viewing the form in CHEFS there are UI elements on the right side of the screen: "Status" and "Notes"

The image below shows that when viewing a PDF printout there is a gap on the right side where the "Status" and "Notes" UI elements were previously. This empty space unnecessarily squishes the content of the PDF on the left side.
