The team develops innovative applications to support the recruitment of digital talent into the BC Public Service.

Currently, they are collaborating with the Public Service Agency (PSA) to modernize the Job Store.

Digital Talent Resourcing

The team specializes in designing and implementing strategies to attract and recruit top digital talent for the BC Public Service.

Currently, they are developing the Digital Marketplace to connect with external vendors and contractors, while also supporting other ministries in their efforts to recruit digital talent.

About Our Branch

Digital Talent and Capacity (DTC) is one of 4 branches of the Digital Office (DO). It helps the BC Public Services (BCPS) build and grow teams with the skill and ability to deliver digital, human-centred products and services for the peoples of BC.   • Please ensure to QR the invoice with the following wording in your email - invoices cannot be processed without this.

Business Expense Approvals (BEA)

  • A Business Expense Approval (BEA) is required when the expense is more than $30. See policy on Business Meeting and Protocol Event Expenses for more.

  • This includes all expenses related to business meetings, or team trainings, such as room rental audio/visual equipment, food/beverage), items purchased etc.
