Welcome to the CORE Team Application User Manual.

This manual will provide a step-by-step guide for BCWS and EMCR staff, members, and supervisors on the application’s functionalities, to ensure a seamless and efficient onboarding process.

Before you begin, please select from the following guides that fits your role:

Member Dashboard NEW!

Allows members to log in to their member dashboard to make instant changes to their personal, employee information, and availability.
Integrated recommitment form for both BCWS and EMCR members.
Email notifications for members for recommitment updates.

Supervisor Portal new!

Allows supervisors to log in to their supervisor portal to approve and/or decline a member’s recommitment request to each CORE program.
Allows supervisors to provide a reason for declining members' recommitment request.
Provides additional guidance and resources for supervisors about the CORE program.
Email notifications for supervisors for recommitment.

Coordinator Dashboard

Allows coordinators to track and monitor recommitment statuses in the personnel page for members in their region in the new “Pending Recommitment” tab.
Allows coordinators to view the reason why a supervisor/member declined recommitment in the new “Recommitment Details” section in the Member Profile page.
In-system alert to remind coordinators when the recommitment period begins.
