Although our teams work remotely, we recognize that we live and work across the traditional and unceded lands of many Indigenous nations and communities, most as uninvited guests and settlers.

There has always been a rich diversity of Indigenous peoples, knowledge, cultures, languages, practices across these lands, to which Indigenous nations have been stewards of since time immemorial, and whose presence, care and advocacy continues on today in the face of relentless systemic racism. We respectfully hope to continue to learn more about these Indigenous lands, confront our biases, challenge systemic barriers, and do our best to honor Indigenous peoples, in our branch meetings, personal learnings, and our work together.

We invite you to read our branch’s organization chart to see which Indigenous territories our employees are situated on.

Below we also have executive updates, links for everyday tasks, and service information like Software-as-a-Service (SaaS), finance, travel, Human Resources (HR) support, career development and learning. Thank you for visiting!

🔈 Executive updates

Update - Jan 30 2025

Hi everyone,

In follow-up to the update below, I’m writing with an update regarding the Sr. Director, Digital Talent Resourcing position that was vacated by Steve Chapman.

I’m happy to share that Hugo Croft-Levesque has accepted a 7-month temporary assignment to continue supporting the marketplace team, digital talent recruitment, and the digital talent product (Job Store) team. Hugo was offered this position as he recently competed and was first on the eligibility list for the Band 4 Director, Cloud Services competition.

We’re still looking at options for backfilling the Band 3 Senior Project Manager role for the Digital Marketplace. In the interim, folks who reported to Hugo—Jason, Ian, and Inderdeep—will continue to report to Hugo along with Gary, Tasha, and Hilary.

We have some exciting work ahead to look at the marketplace and talent resourcing function and how best to support our mandate around strengthening connected services. I appreciate having Hugo’s business perspective as we approach this work with our clients, vendors, and public service partners.

Thank you to Hugo for providing some interim coverage after Steve’s departure, and thank you to everyone for your patience as I know there was some uncertainty about the next steps.

If you have any questions or concerns, please let me know.
