Digital Talent and Capacity helps the BCPS build and grow teams
with the skill and ability to deliver digital, human-centered
products and services for the peoples of BC.

Objective: Prototype and test one digital profession skill map.
Key Result: User testing and SME engagement validates the contents of the skill inventory/map.
Key Result: Domain leadership (in this case: cybersecurity) endorses the skill inventory/map.
Key Result: Our inventory is aligned/comparable to jurisdictional partners (GC, UK, Australia, etc).
Key Result: We have generated a backlog of cyber learning and job profiles for development.
