    Digital Talent & Capacity Branch Goal:
    Digital Talent and Capacity helps the BCPS build and grow teams
    with the skill and ability to deliver digital, human-centered
    products and services for the peoples of BC.

    Team Objectives, Key Results, & Tactics

    dtc priority #4 readiness prep
    Objective: Prototype and test one digital profession skill map.

    1. Key Result: User testing and SME engagement validates the contents of the skill inventory/map.

    2. Key Result: Domain leadership (in this case: cybersecurity) endorses the skill inventory/map.

    3. Key Result: Our inventory is aligned/comparable to jurisdictional partners (GC, UK, Australia, etc).

    4. Key Result: We have generated a backlog of cyber learning and job profiles for development.
