• First session is an alignment

• Introduction of the team. User centric approach, capture of requirements. (gov core policy manual was updated including the common components)

• Confirm with Executive Director her vision and who will help us through the process

For next session

• We want to understand the overall Process flow and user Journey

• What are their goals, blockers, frustrations? 

• Try and get contact details from end users: HAs and LTC operators
