Notes

• There are two pieces here: 1. standardization piece (HA reqs gathering) and 2. user-focused design (having 1:1 user interviews where we dive into how the users actually perform the tasks of submission, analysis, etc.).

• Figure out what the HAs want and need and what does HLTH need and strike a balance. HLTH has a very specific need for certain data and each HA has their own.

• Concept testing should be included as well (which would encompass the data model).

• It is useful to acknowledge that though our team is extremely focused on certain workflows, for certain user groups (i.e., HA submitters), these processes almost certainly not their no. 1 priority and they may in fact be quite low on their list of priorities.
