Member must receive email for supervisor’s decision
Member must not receive any further recommitment emails
Member’s profile must be update with supervisor’s decision
Supervisor’s view must display the member as declined

Test Scenario: Verify the scenario if Member was in both programs and is returning to both but the Supervisor declines the both
Prerequisites: Member must have recommitted to both the programs
Expected results:
Member must receive 2 emails for supervisor’s decision (one for each program)
Member must not receive any further recommitment emails
Member’s profile must be update with supervisor’s decision
Supervisor’s view must display the member as declined for both programs
Coordinator’s can view the member’s status and reason to decline

Test Scenario: Verify the scenario if Member was in either EMCR or BCWS and has recommitted but changes the decision to decline before the supervisor’s approval
Prerequisites: Member must have recommitted to either one of the programs

Supervisor must receive email when member recommits
Member must receive email when member declines to recommit
Member’s profile must update with member’s status
Supervisor’s view must be updated with member’s decision to decline

Test Scenario: Verify the scenario if Member was in both programs but only returned to one (reject the other) and has recommitted but changes the decision to decline before the supervisor’s approval
