  • Text: Confirm your recommitment status for the upcoming year. Please ensure that your profile details are up-to-date, before confirming your recommitment to CORE for 2025 by February 14, 2025.

  • Status: Not Started

  • Start Recommitment button

 

 

 

1.4

For either BCWS & EMCR:

Verify if member can start the recommitment process

click the Start Recommitment button

 

For either BCWS & EMCR:

Step 1 of the recommitment process must be displayed. Buttons Cancel & Next must be available. Cancel button must cancel the process and navigate member to the home page.

Next button must be disabled until member can select an answer to the question: Do you want to return to EMCR CORE Team as a member for the upcoming 2025 year?*

 

 

 

1.5

Verify if member is navigated to step 2 of recommitment process

Select yes from the drop down option in step 1 and click next

 

For EMCR:

Step 2 of the recommitment process must be displayed. Buttons Previous, Cancel & Next must be available. Cancel button must cancel the process and navigate member to the home page.

Previous btn must take member to step 1

The supervisor details must be pre-filled into the fields and member can edit them if needed

All the fields are mandatory field and user must not be able to move to the next step if atleast one is left empty


For BCWS:

Step 2 of the recommitment process must be displayed. Buttons Previous, Cancel & Proceed must be available. Cancel button must cancel the process and navigate member to the home page.

Previous btn must take member to step 1

Proceed button Starts the PAR-Q+ form from the beginning.

For BCWS only:

Verify if BCWS member can fill up the PARQ form

Click the Proceed button

 

ParQ form must appear in 3 steps

Step 1: 7 General questions on member’s health condition.

Next button:

Disabled until ALL 7 questions are answered.

If member answered one or more YES’s, clicking NEXT will move to Step 2 (follow-up) questions.

If member answered NO to all 7 questions, clicking NEXT will move to the final step of the PAR-Q+.

Step 2: 9 Follow-up questions on member’s health condition.

Question 1 must be Follow-up Question - Conditional Accordion:

If member answers YES to any of the follow-up questions, expanded to show sub-questions. If member answers NO, or question has not yet been answered, sub-questions will be hidden.

Next button: Disabled until the follow-up questions and subsequent questions are answered. Takes member to the final step (Participant Declaration) of the PAR-Q+ form.

Step 3:

Signature Field, Date Field, Witness Name Field: Member is required to sign their name, the date and indicate the witness name to complete the PAR-Q+ process.

DOWNLOAD RESPONSE Button: Downloads a PDF copy of their completed PAR-Q+ to their computer.

COMPLETE AND PROCEED Button: Disabled until the signature, date and witness field is filled AND the Download Response button is clicked.

Clicking the Complete and Proceed button brings member back to the main recommitment modal, and they will no longer go back to retrieve a copy of their PAR-Q+.

When a supervisor approves of a member’s recommitment request on the supervisor portal, this email will be sent out to the member to confirm they are recommitted for the upcoming year.

Status indicates that member has supervisor approval to return to EMCR and is now active for the upcoming year.

When member declines their own recommitment, they will be asked to provide a reason for declining.

‘Other reasons’ Option: When selected, a required text area field will appear below the checklist.

SUBMIT DECISION Button: Disabled until a reason checkbox is selected (or the “Other Reasons” text area is filled).

Clicking Submit Decision completes the recommitment process.

Test Scenario: Verify the scenario if Member was in both programs but is only returning to either one EMCR or BCWS but the Supervisor declines it

  • Member must receive email for supervisor’s decision

  • Member must not receive any further recommitment emails

  • Member’s profile must be update with supervisor’s decision

  • Supervisor’s view must display the member as declined

  • Coordinator’s can view the member’s status and reason to decline

 

Test Scenario ID: TS_9

Test Scenario: Verify the scenario if Member was in both programs and is returning to both but the Supervisor declines the both

Prerequisites: Member must have recommitted to both the programs

Expected results:

  • Member must receive 2 emails for supervisor’s decision (one for each program)

  • Member must not receive any further recommitment emails

  • Member’s profile must be update with supervisor’s decision

  • Supervisor’s view must display the member as declined for both programs

  • Coordinator’s can view the member’s status and reason to decline
