Verify if the supervisor receive the Annual Recommitment Reminder Email on the 2nd monday of January

 

 

Sent out to ALL supervisors who have CORE-participating employee(s) on January 13, 2025

All the supervisors must receive the email. Email template must be as per the design:

Prerequisites: Member must submit a recommitment request

Prerequisites: Member must submit a recommitment request and supervisor must receive the notification

Verify if supervisor can navigate to the supervisor portal from the email notification

 

 

Supervisor must be able to click the Go to Supervisor Portal button in the email received

Supervisor is prompted to log into portal to provide approval.

On click, Supervisor must be navigated to the supervisor portal page

 

 

 

3.2

Verify if supervisor can view the Pending Member’s list

Supervisor can directly log in to the portal or navigate through the 3.1

 

The list must be displayed in a table format.

Column titles must be:

  • Member Name

  • Employee ID

  • Recommitment Year

  • CORE Program

  • Recommitment Status

  • Supervisor Approval

  • Button (Submit)

Each member must be displayed in a new row

If member is enrolled in both the programs, 2 rows with each entry must be displayed

 

 

 

3.3

Verify if the Recommitment Status is displayed correctly

 

 

For a member requested recommitment, the status must display Pending

 

 

 

3.4

Verify if supervisor can Approve the request

Click on the supervisor approval drop-down and select option Approve

 

The Submit button must become enabled once option is selected

Click on the Submit button

After submitting “Approved” for the program, status changes to “Recommitted”.

Button replaced with confirmation status. Action cannot be undone.

 

 

 

3.5

Verify if supervisor can view the approval message

 

 

Success Message Banner appears to confirm submission and further details followed by the action.

 

 

 

 

 

3.6

Verify if member receives the notification for supervisor’s approval

Click on the supervisor approval drop-down and select option Approve for the programs BCWS
