Verify if the search section is displayed for the coordinator

 

 

Search section must be displayed below the recomm banner

Section must have the following fields:

  • Search by Name

  • Region

  • Home Location

  • Function & Experience Level

  • Availability

  • Availability Date Range

 

 

 

2.2

Verify if coordinator can search a member through the search fields

 

 

Coordinator can use any of the search fields and enter data to search a member

 

 

 

2.3

Verify if coordinator can search for a member by availability

 

 

Coordinator can select availability from the down-down list - Available, Unavailable, Deployed

Coordinator can add a date or a range of date to search for the availability

Members within the selected date or range and availability status must be filtered

3.1

Verify if the searched results is displayed in the ‘Search Results’ section for the coordinator

 

 

Section must have 3 tabs

  • Active

  • Inactive

  • Pending Approval

-Members with active status must be displayed under active tab

-Members with inactive status must be displayed under inactive tab

-Members who have signed up using the CORE form must be displayed under Pending Approval tab until supervisor approves

 

 

 

3.2

Verify if the results are displayed in tabular form

 

 

Members in all 3 tabs must be displayed with following columns:

  • Name

  • Approved

  • Region

  • Home Location

  • Availability

  • Travel Preference

  • Union
    Membership

  • Ministry

 

 

 

3.3

Verify if coordinator can view the member status guide

 

 

member status guide must appear as a button and click action must open the member status guide in a pop-up modal form

 

 

 

3.4

Verify if coordinator can view the member profile

 

 

Coordinator can click on the member’s name to view their profile. Profile must open in a new tab.

 

 

 

3.5

Verify if coordinator can view the member recommitment details

 

 

recommitment details section must be displayed with following details

  • Upoming Year

  • Status: status of the member recommitment must be displayed

  • Date Recommitted

  • Supervisor

  • Reason (if declined/denied): if declined by either of member or supervisor, reason must be displayed

Must be non-editable

 

 

 

3.6

Verify if coordinator can view and edit the member’s general details

 

 

Coordinator can view member’s personal details in the following sections:

  • Member details

  • Function & experience details

  • Schedule

  • Skills and certifications

  • Notes

Coordinator can view and edit any of the details in the above sections,

The updated details must reflect on the coordinator’s view

The updated details must also be reflected in the member’s profile page, if they login

 

 

 

3.7

Verify if coordinator can view and add/edit or delete member’s schedule

 

 

Schedule can be viewed from the Member’s Schedule section

The schedule must be displayed in calendar format

 

 

 

 

3.8

Verify if the Jump to Today link is displayed

 

 

The button must be clickable and current month’s view must be displayed if member is viewing any other set of months.

 

 

 

3.9

Verify if the right and arrow buttons along with the current date is displayed

The right arrow or left arrow can be clicked

 

A previous and next arrows must appear as a button.

Previous button must take member to previous months view. Eg: If having 3 months view, then on the click, previous 3 months from current month must be displayed.

Next button must take member to next months view. Eg: If having 3 months view, then on the click, next 3 months from current view must be displayed.

 

 

 

3.10

Verify if coordinator can change the number of months to be displayed in the scheduler

 

 

Month Range Dropdown Options:
1 month
3 months (default)
6 months

 

 

 

3.11

Verify if the scheduler calendar is displayed

 

 

“Today’s Date” symbol can appear with any availability status
Deployment and Standby states is view only for members
coordinators can set “unavailable” dates

 

 

 

3.12

Verify if the not valid dates such as Feb 29/leap year or April 31, June 31, Sep 31, Nov 31 are marked invalid

 

 

The listed dates must be blacked out and must not be available for coordinator to add availability

 

 

 

3.13

Verify if all dates are available by default

 

 

For members who have never committed before or have not added any availability yet, all the dates for all months must be displayed as available.

For member: the dates should be white

For coordinator: the dates should be green

For logistics: the dates should be green

 

 

 

3.14

Verify if coordinator can add their availability/unavailability or deployment to their scheduler

Click on a single date, OR
Drag to select a date range

 

When triggered, these pop-over modal should be hovered above the clicked dates on the calendar.

Coordinator can add new availability status by setting selected date range as “Unavailable” (for deployment).

Coordinator can change the dates from the calendar available in the pop-over modal

Coordinator can click the Save button to save the unavailability or click the Cancel button to cancel the changes

 

 

 

3.15

Verify if the added updated is displayed on the calendar

 

 

Must be colour coded as per the status and displayed in the calendar

 

 

 

3.16

Verify if Coordinator can edit or delete the unavailable dates.

Click on the dates unavailailbility is added

 

The pop-up modal used to add must open with pre filled details.

Save and Delete Unavailability button must appear at the bottom

Coordinator must be able to edit the changes and save

Coordinator must be able to delete the unavailability

 

 

 

3.17

Verify if Coordinator can view the unavailability added to their profiles by the members

 

 

If the members add any availability to their profile, the Coordinator can only view it and not edit it.

 

 

 

3.18

Verify if coordinator can add their notes to member’s profile

 

 

Coordinator can add notes to the member’s profile in the notes section
