Feature Story Description:
As a reviewer, I want to be able to login and view the following fields upon clicking a submission: the submission ID, the date of submission and submitted by.
User clicks “start review” to trigger status change to “in review”.
Business Rationale:
The reviewer needs this information in order to accurately carry out review process. If any follow-up is required, the reviewer can contact the submitter directly regarding the respective submission.
