Product Owner (PO)

  • Responsible for managing MoH backlog

  • Designs MoH driven features

  •  Manages backlog dependencies

  • Manages communications and readiness with:

    • MoH SBC and Director

    • MoH business areas

    • CoCo Po & ScrumMaster

  • Manages product releases

  • Acts as Incident Owner for all incidents; take the lead role to coordinate Incident resolutions with all stakeholder groups

  • Conducts a post-incident review upon Province’s request

 

Business Analyst / Sr. BA

  • Designs MoH driven features

 

Project Manager

  • Manages, tracks and reports on budget

  • reports on progress

  • prepares steering committee mtgs

  • maintains CRAIDD log

  • escalates critical issues

  • manages SOWs and change requests

  • manages comm w/ MoH SBC and Director

  • defines Release Management strategy
