LTC: HA Desired State/Pain Points

Here are some pain points/desired state that Jay Evans (LTC manager) provided us with:

Overall themes:

• Simplification of submission process to meet the needs of HA staff entering multiple sites and operators entering single sites

• Connection to DSR data to reduce lag time between updates and improve accuracy

• Submission status reporting – in-tool status viewing

• Connected communication between HA reviewer and sites entering data (facilitated review process better supported by the Tool)

• Simplified user additions

• Improved validation between answers and site data

• Improved load times/reduced lag during peak use times

• Ability to connect to other MOH data

• Improved/simplified user experience for sites, reviewers and MOH
