#48: (Submitters) Access Help Page/Wiki
User Story Description:
Submitters want the ability to access a Help page for a given form.
Business Rationale:
Business areas expressed the wish to have a dynamic help page that would provide the information/guidance needed to fill out forms that an authenticated user has access to.
Priority (MoSCoW): Nice to Have / Low Priority
This is not a top priority, as the “help”/training functionality should be integrated into the forms as much as possible (i.e., tooltips, descriptions, texts, etc.).
