Bed Inventory

This section captures the # of beds in the facility

i. # of beds at April 1 - include the # of beds per the current funding letter
ii. Adjustment - include the # of beds that are added or closed part-way through
the fiscal year (namely, not included in the current funding letter). Include
in the "notes" section, the date the bed(s) are added and/or closed.

Definitions:

In-Scope 3.36 HPRD publicly funded beds represents LTC beds that are publicly
funded by the HA and included in the 3.36 HPRD reporting. If there are short-stay beds
(ex. Respite beds) that are co-lcoated with the in-scope beds & using the same direct
care staff, include the # of beds in the "other" category.
Out-of-scope publicly funded beds represent short-stay beds that are publicly
funded by the HA, the beds are located in a separate wing/unit & have separate staff
from item #1 (in-scope 3.36 HPRD publicly funded beds).
Private beds represent beds that are paid 100% by the client (namely, no funding is
provided by HA).
1. Private beds co-located with in-scope 3.36 HPRD publicly funded beds include the
  private beds that are co-located with item #1 and using the same staff.
2. Private beds located in separate wing/unit represents the beds that are paid 100% by
  the client and located in a separate wing/unit and staff that are separate from item #1.
