Purpose ~ this section captures the YTD approved # of beds and occupied days.

Table - YTD Number of Resident Days ~ the data is pre-populated from tables "Details for YTD Maximum Days" and "Details for YTD Occupied Days"

Table - Details for YTD Maximum Days
i. The approved # of beds is pre-populated and based on the bed inventory data collection.
ii. Enter the start and end date for when the beds are available. Formulas have been embedded to
calculate the # of days and YTD maximum the beds are available for the start to end period.

i. For the 3 bed types, enter the # of days the beds are occupied by a client by month.
