Event Subscription Posts on Deleted and Submitted Submissions

If the user deletes a submission then Navigates back to the submission and clicks on submit they receive a message stating that the submission was successful. This also posts off to the event subscription.

If the use submits a submission, navigates back changes fields and then clicks the submission button the fields get updated and the user gets a message stating that the submission was successful.

In both of the above cases the CHEFS system should check the status of the submission and prevent deleted or previously submitted submissions from getting a success message.

 

In the case of the deleted submission the submission exists but does not show up in the list of submission which adds to the confusion.
