Error messages continuously show up after saving the form as draft

Description:

As a user I don’t want to see the error message show up when clicking the “Add Another” after the form has been saved in draft.

Steps to replicate:

• Save form as draft

• Go back and edit the Draft

• Add a new row

• Error would appear continuously.
