Conflicting dates when CHEFS submission is received

Description:

We have two conflicting dates when we receive a CHEFS submission.  When we log into the CHEFS submission, on the top left hand corner, we see this date:

However the above date is the date when the applicant started the form, not the actual submission date to us.  We actually received this submission on Mon 2023-07-17 5:52 AM

 These two different dates have become misunderstood and have created issues for users and when pulling reports.  We need to have the date in CHEFS be the actual submittal date
