General Notes

  • Updated Jay on the HA Working Group - change in approach

  • Heather likely not required at these meetings

  • 3.36 report - want these to be visible to both HAs and HLTH

  • HAs will require that full income statement at first and then HLTH would see it too.

  • Forecast - all HAs do it differently. It is part of the quarterly report. when the HAs receive those quarterly reports from the operators,

    • For the quarterly reporting, the HAs get YTD from the operators.

    • We got the info up to Q3, let’s isolate the info for that last quarter. Looking at Oct, Nov & Dec. the last 3 quarters will mirror the same as oct, nov, december. One way to standardize (1) → divide your hours by 275 then multiply the total by 365. Another way to standardize (2) → look at what happens quarter by quarter. the last quarter paves the same way as Oct, Nov, December.

  • Quarterly reporting is what the HA’s require from the operators

  • Highlighted by Jay: elimination of unnecessary effort → implementation information. Submission status for the HAs - they should see the email

    • FHA

  • Before the data gets into healthIdeas, can reports be reviewed beforehand? the workflow will have to defined. It is during that review that this

    • HLTH will need to review the reports before it goes to HealthIdeas.

operators will submit data through CHEFS → HAs will submit data through CHEFS → HLTH will be able to generate those reports
