We got the info up to Q3, let’s isolate the info for that last quarter. Looking at Oct, Nov & Dec. the last 3 quarters will mirror the same as oct, nov, december. One way to standardize (1) → divide your hours by 275 then multiply the total by 365. Another way to standardize (2) → look at what happens quarter by quarter. the last quarter paves the same way as Oct, Nov, December.
